Afternoon tea - Berry smoothie
Dinner - Spaghetti Bolognese with lentils
Dessert - Vanilla fruche & a small apple
Exercise
I decided to take my rest day today as I haven't been sleeping well & I feel a bit unwell. I intend to complete my SSS tomorrow morning, provided that my sore throat doesn't turn into a full-on flu.
Study
None, I was at work for 6 hours today.
