Afternoon tea - Banana
Dinner - Vegetarian shepard's pie (5/5- perfect taste but lots & lots of prep involved!)
Dessert - Tamar valley passion fruit yoghurt

Went through my lecture 5 notes, watched the HIH video & yesterday's lecture.
