Morning tea - Protein shake & diced pineapple
Lunch - Mixed sushi
Afternoon tea - Protein shake & muesli bar
Dinner - I-Can't-Believe-it's-Not-Butter Chicken (5/5, really yummy! Use a bit less than a tablespoon of the tandoori paste & pappadums or bread is necessary to absorb some of the heat)
Dessert - Tamar greek yoghurt & blueberries
