23/7/12 Progress Report

Food Intake
Breakfast - Muesli with milk
Morning tea - 150mL Pepsi Max
Lunch - Mushroom fettuccine weight watchers meal
Afternoon tea - 2 cherry tomatoes, 1/4 cup diced pear, 1 banana
Dinner - Pork chop with cauliflower mash
Dessert - Weight watchers ice cream (should try not to have)

According to MyFitnessPal this totals 1,288cal.

Challenge #3 Progress
Another 2km of walking done, my total is now 10km. 20km to go in the next five days!
