Mind-set

This is my submission for this week's challenge (mind set lesson in 50-100 words):

"If it doesn't challenge you it doesn't change you"--- You can't expect to change your life by putting in minimal effort. It takes hard work & dedication for you to truly change.

I see so many people who expect to lose weight by signing up to a weight loss plan then not completing it, getting a gym membership but not attending... Guess what, that's not actually shifting any kilos! You need to put in a bit more than that!

I’ve constantly challenged myself through the 12 week body transformation; it may not always be easy but I’m reaping the benefits.
