Measurements

Chest: 84cm (down by 3cm from week 1)
Waist: 62cm (down 6cm)
Hip: 91cm (down 5cm)
Left Thigh: 52cm (down 6cm)
Right Thigh: 51cm (down 6cm)
Left Arm: 25cm (up 1cm)
Right Arm: 25cm (up 1cm)

In total I've lost 24cm off my entire body! That's nearly an entire ruler! I'm really happy with these results. The gains on my arms are clearly from my new biceps & triceps ;)
